1) Barcelonafordays buys and sells buildings located in the best areas of Barcelona.
We sell. We have a portfolio of buildings, currently managed under the “daily rental business model”. If you are interested, please contact us.

We buy. We are also open to explore new locations, mainly cities with touristic interest.

2) You have a building in Barcelona, we can manage it for you offering:
a) A fixed rental fee. You have no risk, we manage and take care of the building.

b) A floating rental fee. We share the business risk with you.

3) You look for a partner to invest in Barcelona, or in any other touristic location. We can offer you good projects to invest, and of course we can explore becoming partners.
